The people and standards behind the comparison

Our editorial policy

What we check, what remains unknown and how commercial relationships are kept visible.

Responsibility and research process

Yannik Heimsoth is the operator and editorial contact. businessAIfinder.com publishes source-based comparisons using AI-assisted research and implementation. Sources carry their own review dates and scope; we distinguish documented capabilities from our own product experience.

  1. Identify the relevant product, market, plan and required base software.
  2. Record the original source, date, documented capability and limits.
  3. Keep a separate record for unknown, contradictory or inaccessible evidence.
  4. Apply the same recommendation rules across the compared offers.

Automated consistency checks help catch mismatched plans and selection rules. They do not replace real product experience.

Evidence must match the claim

Provider pricing pages and official documentation establish published terms and provider-stated capabilities. A product-wide feature does not automatically apply to every plan. A booking link is different from a completed booking; a general calendar is different from a salon system, hotel inventory or practice-management system.

Where a live source cannot be retrieved, a dated saved source or alternative official document may be used. We retain the limitation rather than refreshing the date without a new check. Conflicts remain visible.

Prices, reports and estimates

We distinguish published rates, user-reported prices and modelled market estimates. A user report may be useful even when it is unverified. It must retain its source, scope, date and uncertainty; it does not become an official all-in price.

Missing public prices do not push providers down Recommended. Price and value awards require sufficiently complete published-rate calculations. Setup costs, usage, required platforms and unknown charges are shown separately.

Customer feedback keeps its source

Ratings show their platform, review count, snapshot date and scope. Company-wide, platform-wide and exact-product reviews are not interchangeable. We do not label imported reviews as reviews collected by this site.

We only combine sources when their populations and methods are sufficiently comparable; the current catalogue keeps sources separate. Customer-feedback recommendations account for sample size and scope. No score means no invented stars.

Commercial relationships do not buy an editorial award

No commercial placements are currently active. If activated, the highest eligible confirmed commission may determine the labelled Promoted first position in Recommended. Editorial recommendations and awards continue to follow their documented rules; paid placement does not change a customer rating.

Provider submissions are research leads. They do not guarantee inclusion, a ranking position or favourable wording.

Updates and factual corrections

Prices, product access and integrations can change. Evidence dates belong to the individual source or claim; a page edit does not make all its sources newly checked. We do not promise a refresh interval that is not yet operating.

Useful corrections identify the page, the exact claim, the applicable plan or edition and a dated source. Confirmed changes should update the underlying record and affected comparison pages together.

The correction tool helps you prepare a note. Copy it into your email and send it to the appropriate contact below; the tool does not send it for you. Providers can send factual updates to the address on our provider contact page. We do not provide individual buying advice.

Customer rating sources

Our order. Our funding.

What determines the order?

With existing software selected: documented task-compatible connections come first; offers requiring a different business platform are hidden. Unconfirmed connections are available through a separate opt-in. Recommended is the default: a labelled Promoted offer, when an eligible commercial contract is active, appears first. The highest confirmed commission in this filtered view determines that paid position. The editorial order follows documented software / industry fit, then customer feedback adjusted for sample size and product scope. Missing public pricing, amounts, price reports and price/value/feature awards do not change Recommended. Cost-only and name sorts do not pin paid offers. Customer feedback affects editorial ordering with explicit sample-size and product-scope adjustments; raw stars alone do not determine the order.

Named integration → industry workflow → industry mention → general candidate. These are source-evidence groups, not results of independent call tests.

Do we receive a commission?

We may earn a commission when you sign up through our Rosie, NextPhone, AI-Receptionist.com or Maple links. These affiliate relationships do not change editorial rankings, awards or customer ratings. No paid ranking placements are currently active. When commercial placements are activated, commission determines the clearly labelled Promoted position in Recommended, separately from editorial price/value/feature awards and review scores. Rates are compared as contract-confirmed USD payouts per qualified conversion over the first 12 months; unconfirmed percentages are not treated as dollar payouts.
