Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement runs only after your relevant consent. Comparison settings and saved selections are processed in your browser. Contact is by email; this website does not currently submit enquiry forms.

This notice describes comparison features and contact handling as of October 24, 2026.

Comparison settings and your shortlist

Task, industry, software, call volume, duration, budget, sorting and selected offers are processed in your browser to calculate and display comparisons. These settings can appear in the page URL. A copied comparison link contains those settings; share it only with people you intend to receive them. Do not put patient, client or caller details into a comparison link.

When you select providers, their identifiers are saved in your browser’s local storage under ai-business-shortlist. This restores your requested shortlist on this browser. There is no set expiry in the current implementation. Use Clear in the shortlist tray, or delete this site’s browser data, to remove the saved selection. Clearing browser data does not delete links you have already shared.

This storage supports the shortlist you request. Access to browser storage is limited to that requested function (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG); the related processing serves our legitimate interest in providing the requested comparison under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Without the relevant consent, the comparison does not load Google measurement tags or set their cookies. Fonts and provider logos are served locally.

Page requests and hosting

A browser sends its network address, requested path, technical headers and request time to the server delivering a page. URL parameters may be included in requests and server logs. Serving pages securely and diagnosing delivery failures are the purposes; the legal basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The Hetzner Online GmbH server in Ashburn, Virginia, United States hosts this website. Our hosting processor is Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR was concluded on October 24, 2026. Its approved subprocessors include Hetzner US LLC for US server rental. Hosting in Ashburn involves processing in the United States; it is not EU-only hosting. Access logging is disabled in the web configuration. Operational error logs are size-limited rather than deleted after a fixed number of days: up to 4 MB for the website, 2 MB for the contact service and 30 MB at the shared gateway. Error context may contain technical request information. Hetzner’s terms, Section 6.2, provide for EU standard contractual clauses for third-country services; our signed agreement, Section 3, requires an Article 44 et seq. transfer mechanism and evidence of the guarantees on request. The hosting terms identify standard contractual clauses as the intended safeguard for third-country services. We do not claim that hosting takes place exclusively in the EEA. Contact and copied notes

The correction tool prepares text locally. Copying a note or comparison link uses your device clipboard after you choose the action. It does not submit a message or send an email. No enquiry form is active.

If you email partners@businessaifinder.com or legal@businessaifinder.com, we process the sender and reply addresses, message, attachments and technical delivery information to handle the enquiry. Both aliases arrive in our business Google Workspace mailbox. They no longer forward to the previously used private iCloud mailbox. Google processes business-mail content as a service provider under its Cloud Data Processing Addendum. Processing can involve countries outside the EEA; Google’s terms provide for applicable transfer mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses. An EU-only mail-processing location is not claimed.

We retain messages while an enquiry is open. Resolved routine enquiries are subject to a manual deletion review no later than six months after closure, including sent mail and trash. Contractual and legally required records are kept for the applicable period; documented disputes may require longer retention until resolved. This is a manual operator procedure, not automatic mailbox deletion. Older correspondence is not claimed to have been automatically migrated or deleted.

General enquiries and factual corrections are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; pre-contractual enquiries under Article 6(1)(b), and compliance with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c), as applicable. No newsletter subscription is created. Please do not send caller recordings or patient/client data.

Links to providers and review platforms

Following an external link opens another service with its own privacy practices. That service receives your request and network address. Rosie, NextPhone, AI-Receptionist.com and Maple links include our affiliate identifier. Their affiliate services may use cookies or similar technology to attribute a referral after you visit; their privacy and cookie notices apply. We do not load their affiliate scripts or set affiliate cookies on this site. Our optional Google measurement consent is separate from the destination’s cookie choices. If you consent to measurement, a provider-link click can be recorded as described below. Our code does not send your comparison settings to the provider through these links.

Analytics and advertising

With your separate consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and provider-link clicks, and Google Ads to measure provider-link clicks associated with advertising. A provider click is an outbound referral, not a purchase, booking or confirmed lead. Google tags do not load before the relevant consent; rejecting both sends no measurement request to Google. Legal, privacy and contact pages and embedded comparison widgets do not load these tags.

Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland provides these services for EEA users. Google receives technical request data including your IP address, device/browser information, cookie identifiers, visit times, the page address/title and, for Analytics provider clicks, the provider and plan identifiers. Our event payloads omit comparison query strings, fragments and the page referrer. Google can process data in the United States and other countries. The basis for optional device storage is Section 25(1) TDDDG and for the related processing Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Analytics and advertising choices are independent and off by default. Advertising personalisation, Google Signals and enhanced conversions are disabled. Google Analytics user/event retention is two months with reset on new activity disabled. Our Google cookies are configured for up to 180 days; Google Ads can also use conversion identifiers to attribute consented advertising interactions. The shared Analytics account has data-sharing options enabled for Google products and services, modelling contributions and business insights, technical support and business recommendations. These existing account-wide choices have not been disabled for other projects.

Your choices are saved in browser local storage under businessai-privacy-v1 for up to 180 days. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change or withdraw consent at any time for the future. Withdrawal stops further optional measurement and removes accessible first-party Google measurement cookies; it does not retroactively erase events already processed. You can also delete this site’s browser data or contact legal@businessaifinder.com about your rights. Refusing measurement does not limit the comparison.

Your data-protection rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it for the future. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, including the authority where you live, work or consider a violation to have occurred.

Comparisons embedded on other websites

Publishers may embed our hosted comparison in an article. The widget processes task, industry, workload and budget settings in the browser. It does not use cookies or local storage, save a shortlist, or load optional analytics and advertising tags. The widget sends its height to the embedding page so the frame can resize; it does not send comparison settings or personal data in those messages.

Loading a widget requests pages, scripts and local image assets from our hosting service. This exposes the technical request information described under Page requests and hosting, including the visitor’s IP address and the widget’s initial settings in its URL. The supplied code uses a no-referrer policy. Following an external link or opening the full comparison starts a separate page request. A publisher controls its surrounding article and any other tracking on that website.

Award badges on other websites

An award badge is a static image. An embedded image hosted by us causes a request to our hosting server, including the network address and technical headers described above. It does not set cookies, run scripts or send comparison settings. The supplied code uses a no-referrer policy. Publishers can instead download and host the SVG themselves; that image then makes no request to our server. Opening the verification link loads a separate page on our site.
