How we compare

Evidence you can inspect. Costs you can understand. Limitations visible before you choose.

Three different kinds of evidence

Provider documentation

Rates, allowances and advertised features, with original sources and check dates. These establish what is published.

Customer reports

Public profiles retain their platform, sample size, age and product scope. Incentivized or company-wide evidence is labelled.

Our own testing

No call tests have been performed. No performance scores, call recordings or test-winner badges are invented.

What determines the order?

Recommended is the default. A currently eligible Promoted position is pinned first when a confirmed commercial agreement exists; its commission determines only that labelled paid position. Editorial results prioritize documented software and industry fit, then customer feedback adjusted for sample size and product scope. Public price availability, price amounts and editorial award badges have no effect on Recommended. You can also sort by cost, fit or name; those alternatives do not pin a paid offer.

For each service, the estimate selects the lowest calculable listed plan covering your task. Where overage is unknown, an allowance-covering plan can be shown, explicitly labelled. It is not a promise that a lower plan with negotiated extra usage would cost more.

Taxes, carrier fees, optional channels, human escalation and unmodelled software are excluded. All costs are scenarios rather than binding quotes.

Commercial relationships

We may earn a commission when you sign up through our Rosie, NextPhone, AI-Receptionist.com or Maple links. These affiliate relationships do not change editorial rankings, awards or customer ratings. No paid ranking placements are currently active. Providers are included without requiring a commercial agreement. In Recommended, the highest confirmed commission among the eligible offers in your current view may buy the first position, labelled Promoted. Editorial awards and public review scores remain separate. Other sorts are not overridden. Missing commission amounts, inactive contracts and incompatible or unavailable offers cannot win this position.

Corrections and freshness

Sources were checked October 23, 2026. There is currently no automated source monitoring or online submission form. The correction tool prepares a copyable note without sending your information anywhere. Providers can send factual updates using the provider contact address.

How industry rankings work

The existing-software filter is optional. Native or explicitly documented task connections come first. Offers requiring a different business platform are excluded; unconfirmed connections can be shown separately and never become complete-price budget matches for direct booking. Capturing messages or transferring a phone call does not imply syncing records into a booking system. Compatibility is provider-documented, not independently integration-tested.

A named industry-system integration is stronger evidence than a documented industry workflow, which is stronger than a passing industry mention. General candidates follow. Beta, waitlisted and early-access offers follow generally available candidates. Within an evidence group, documented task support and access come first; Recommended then uses sample-size- and scope-adjusted customer feedback. Missing public prices are neutral, not sorted to the bottom. Explicit cost and fit-then-cost sorts remain available.

We label the source and what remains unconfirmed. Appointment calendars are not automatically hotel room inventory, restaurant table capacity or technician dispatch systems. A missing industry booking check cannot become a budget-qualified result.

These are provisional, source-based fit rankings. No independent call tests have been completed. Customer feedback influences editorial order with sample-size and product-scope adjustments. Missing ratings supply no signal; platform-wide feedback has reduced influence. A labelled Promoted position may precede it in Recommended; commission determines that paid position only.

Stars, counts and combined scores

Scores are public profile snapshots on their original five-star scale. Company-wide, older and incentivized feedback stays labelled. Zero reviews means no rating. We combine only checked sources for the same product and scope, using a review-count-weighted mean. Source counts do not imply unique reviewers across sites. Checked profiles are kept separate where audiences, product scope or collection methods differ; a platform-wide score does not isolate its AI component.

Imported platform ratings are not marked up as our own review ratings for search engines. Structural markup describes pages, navigation and comparison lists.

Recommended and offer highlights

Highlights are recalculated after industry, software, task, service type, exact-plan and budget filters. They describe displayed plans among eligible results. A provider can earn more than one highlight. Pending software connections, unsupported tasks, add-ons and unavailable offers cannot win.

Price and feature awards are independent of commission. An offer may be both promoted and an editorial award winner; each label states its reason. We show a paid placement or popularity award only when the required contract or measurement evidence exists.

How market estimates are derived

Published-rate calculations and illustrative market estimates are separate. A quote-only offer can show a broad budget range built from public comparable-service references recalculated for the same calls, duration, repeat callers and selected task. Reference offers do not establish compatibility with your software.

With two or more reference providers, the range is 75% of the lowest to 150% of the highest calculated reference cost. With only one provider, it is 50% to 200%. Round outward to $25; a published plan base is a floor. These are explicit editorial assumptions, not observed vendor discounts, a statistical confidence interval or a vendor price prediction. Multiple tiers of one provider count as one reference. Sparse references are labelled very low confidence.

The card shows reference names, links, workload costs, check dates and service scope. Setup, required business software, tax, carrier charges, specialist integration fees and enterprise implementation are excluded and can be material. A quote can fall outside the range. Unconfirmed access, tasks, software, billing periods, enterprise tiers and add-ons do not acquire a complete price by estimation. Unknown overage is not invented. Estimates are excluded from budget-only matches and price/value awards.

Budget-model assumptions and selected reference pricing were reviewed October 24, 2026; older references retain their own dates. Request a written quote for a binding total.

Prices beyond the vendor rate card

A public user report does not need an independently verified invoice to be displayed. We show attributed directory listings, public quotes and user-reported prices alongside official rates and model estimates. Do not confuse invoice verification with whether a useful price is allowed to appear.

Every observation retains its source, amount, currency, billing period where known, date or date-not-stated label, package and scope. We distinguish an AI-service package from underlying platform costs, setup, optional integrations and enterprise deployments. Older reports remain visible with their date. Several prices on one page are not independent corroboration.

A relevant provider-specific indication, package listing, user report or attributed third-party estimate is shown ahead of a generic model. Scope and provenance select the headline, rather than cherry-picking the cheapest number. Source dates distinguish current and historical information. Competing vendors can publish estimates; we label that authorship and never describe such an estimate as a customer invoice or an official rate. We do not scale it to your call volume, invent a usage allowance or relabel it an official current rate. Platform-only costs stay explicitly labelled; unknown AI inclusion stays visible beside the amount. Reports do not become complete-price budget matches or lowest-price/value award candidates. Price sorting explicitly describes calculated prices, while Recommended treats price availability as neutral.

How customer evidence affects Recommended

Software compatibility, supported tasks, access and industry evidence come first. Within an equal-fit group, we use an editorial ordering signal from matched source profiles. Prices, estimates, reports, cheapest/value/feature badges and whether a vendor publishes prices have no influence. Alphabetical order breaks exact ties. An active, labelled Promoted placement can still be pinned first as disclosed above.

For each usable scored profile: (source stars minus 3.5) multiplied by n / (n + prior), with n capped at 200 source reviews. Product/voice profiles use prior 20 and weight 1; company/platform/seller profiles use prior 50 and weight 0.35. Explicitly old or incentivized evidence receives an additional 0.5 multiplier. These are editorial assumptions, not calibrated quality probabilities. Large companies cannot gain unlimited influence from unrelated platform reviews.

We take at most one scored profile per platform, preferring product-specific evidence, then the larger sample. Separate source signals are averaged for ordering only; their review counts are never added. This is not a combined customer star rating. Original platform stars, counts, dates and scopes remain separate on the cards. Missing, zero-review and conflicting scores supply no signal, rather than a zero-star rating. A single five-star review has less influence than a substantial positive sample; broad platform feedback has less influence than evidence about the voice product.

Customer feedback and price provenance are separate dimensions. These source snapshots are not independent call tests. The explicit Customer feedback sort applies the same weighting without prioritizing industry-evidence tiers among the already-filtered compatible offers.

Quick recommendations by priority

Our recommendations if you… provides editorial shortcuts using only currently filtered, task-compatible, available plans. Unsupported tasks, unconfirmed software connections and unavailable offers cannot become a pick. Industry picks require a documented workflow or named integration, not just a sector mention. Named integrations rank first; within equal-fit groups, confirmed in-budget service costs precede unconfirmed totals, then customer evidence breaks ties. Optional software fit still applies. Offers with known costs above the selected budget stay in the full comparison but cannot win a quick recommendation. Unconfirmed prices remain eligible when no known minimum exceeds the budget.

Lowest calculated price requires a complete calculation from published rates. A calculated price above your selected budget cannot win a quick recommendation. If no complete affordable calculation exists, we say so; quote offers can still be cheaper. Fit, feature and feedback picks can include native add-ons or documented connections with unconfirmed fees, with required software and incomplete totals stated before the provider link. Most documented features uses the same checklist as the offer highlights above. The price winner is not a claim to be cheaper than every quote-only offer; setup, tax and extras remain separate. Most features means the displayed plan, not every tier the provider sells, and all eleven criteria have been reviewed consistently; uncertain plan inclusion remains unscored. Customer feedback picks use a positive, sample-size and product-scope adjusted signal from matched scored sources. Source ratings retain their original scope and counts. No supported evidence means no winner for that priority.

All picks use your applied filters, including optional software, service type, budget-only mode and selected plans. The list sort and commercial commissions do not affect these picks. Without an industry, specialist providers remain available in the list but cannot become a general-purpose quick pick. Customer-feedback quick picks need at least one scored source with five reviews. One provider may win multiple priorities. Direct provider links open public provider pages without sending the comparison inputs; plan details retain your scenario inside this site. Customer rating sources

Our order. Our funding.

What determines the order?

With existing software selected: documented task-compatible connections come first; offers requiring a different business platform are hidden. Unconfirmed connections are available through a separate opt-in. Recommended is the default: a labelled Promoted offer, when an eligible commercial contract is active, appears first. The highest confirmed commission in this filtered view determines that paid position. The editorial order follows documented software / industry fit, then customer feedback adjusted for sample size and product scope. Missing public pricing, amounts, price reports and price/value/feature awards do not change Recommended. Cost-only and name sorts do not pin paid offers. Customer feedback affects editorial ordering with explicit sample-size and product-scope adjustments; raw stars alone do not determine the order.

Named integration → industry workflow → industry mention → general candidate. These are source-evidence groups, not results of independent call tests.

Do we receive a commission?

We may earn a commission when you sign up through our Rosie, NextPhone, AI-Receptionist.com or Maple links. These affiliate relationships do not change editorial rankings, awards or customer ratings. No paid ranking placements are currently active. When commercial placements are activated, commission determines the clearly labelled Promoted position in Recommended, separately from editorial price/value/feature awards and review scores. Rates are compared as contract-confirmed USD payouts per qualified conversion over the first 12 months; unconfirmed percentages are not treated as dollar payouts.
