Chatling combines customer messaging with configurable actions and workflows. It belongs on a shortlist when you want to build an agent around your own support content and then decide which exceptions go to a person. The relevant comparison is the exact paid tier and credit model, rather than the headline number of available AI models.
Starter, Growth and Scale have reviewed monthly fees and AI-credit allowances. Credits are provider-specific and model-dependent. A larger quota is not automatically a larger number of resolved inquiries. Human seats, project limits, optional agents and the permissions for each action need to match your deployment before a fee becomes a complete quote.
